Lectio - Jn 3.13-17

Meditatio: “For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes might have eternal life.” Jn 3.16

Oratio: "O God, how You love us!

I remember You sent Your only Son to us and to his death so that we might have eternal life with You- how incredible Your love for us!

Grant that I may honor Your love by being a person of selfless love for others.

I ask this of You, who lives and reigns with Jesus and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever. Amen.”

Contemplatio: Keep silence and remain in recollection for a few minutes.

Operatio: Resolve to show my gratitude to God by being an instrument of His love to those whose lives I touch.
