Meditatio:"Let your 'Yes' mean 'Yes', and your 'No' mean 'No.' Anything more is from the evil one." Mt 5:37
Oratio:"O God, You want all to be like you! You want all to be persons of integrity!
I remember Your Son made this clear when He proclaimed that our 'Yes' and our ‘No’, means just that.
Grant that I may be a person who means what I say and not devious
Operatio: reflect on "yes...no": simple declarative statements; never misleading; in prayer seek the grace of integrity and always strive to be honest and open in all I say.

Lectio Divina is the Study of and Meditation on Sacred Scripture. The steps include: Reading (Lectio),- Pondering (Meditatio); Praying (Oratio) and Silence(Contemplatio). I use the daily Lectionary as the source of readings.
