Lectio:  Jn 17.11b-19

Meditatio: “Holy Father, keep them in your name that you gave me, so that they may be one just as we are one.” Jn 1711b

Oratio: O God, You don’t just want us but You want all of us!

I remember Jesus prayed that we would be one as just as He and You are One - in other words He wants all to be in all and You are our All.  Ask for the grace to be one with the Lord, in thought, word and deed so that my oneness may give Him the praise and glory.

I ask this and all things in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with You
and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever.

Contemplatio: spend some time in silence and meditate on the selected passage and hear what
God is saying to you.

Operatio: reflect:  "One....we are one”; Jesus’ prayer for us is so wonderful for He wants His Father to grant us union with them so that we might be all in all. In prayer seek the faith that leads to our living this life the way God wants us so that we may be with one with them both now and forever.

Tomorrow's reading: Jn 17.20-26
