6.18.14

Lectio: Mt 6.7-15

Meditatio: “This is his you are to pray,p'Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name'." Mt 5.9

Oratio: O God, You know our needs without our asking, yet You still want us to pray for them.

I remember Jesus knew You still wanted to ask as Your children so He gave us 'The Our Father'. Seek the grace to pray always as Jesus taught by giving praise to the Father, seek His will and His kingdom and then readily forgive others and to do His will and seek help to avoid trmptation.

Contemplatio: spend some time in silence and meditate on the selected passage and hear what
God is saying to you.

Operatio: reflect: "to pray"; lift up your hearts and minds to a God seeking the grace to do His will; seek the grace to pray and mean the Our Father

Tomorrow's reading: Mt
