 Lectio: Mt 10.1-7                                                                                             
                                
Meditatio: “Go rather to the lost house of Israel.” Mt 10.6                                                                                                                
Oratio: O God, Your Son was rejected by the religious leaders of the Jews, yet the first people He sent His Apostles to preach the good news was to the lost house of Israel. Pray to emulate Jesus and reach out to those who reject us for who we are and Jesus will be pleased.

I ask this and all things in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with You
 and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever.

 Contemplatio: spend some time in silence & meditate on the selected passage and hear what  God is saying to you.

Operatio: reflect: “Go...lost....Israel”; Jesus’ first concern was for Israel and although the leaders rejected Him, He did not reject Israel. Seek the grace to avoid retaliation against those who disagree with us or reject us; rather reach out to them and pray for them for that is Jesus’ way and it should be our way, too.
