Lectio: Mk 6.7-13
                          
Meditatio: “So they went off and preached repentance. They drove out demons, and they anointed with oil many who were sick and cured them. “ Mk 6.12-13

Oratio: O God, Your Son gave His disciples a mighty purpose when He first sent them out for they were to preach repentance and to heal the sick;  and they did. Pray that you might accomplish the mighty purpose God gives you for then you will be richly blest.

I ask this and all things in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with You
and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever.

Contemplatio: spend some time in silence & meditate on the selected passage and hear what  God is saying to you.

Operatio: reflect: “preached....sick...cured”; Jesus gave His disciples a charge to accomplish great things in His name and they preached repentance and healed the sick and all were blest by there doing what they were instructed to do by Jesus. Seek the grace to always do the will of Jesus and we will achieve the mighty purpose to which we are called and the meaning of our lives..
