Lectio: Jn 2.13-22


“Jesus answered and said to them, ‘Destroy this temple and in three days I will raise it up’.” Jn 2.19

“O God, You gave and continue to give us clear signs so that we would believe.
I remember Jesus predicted and later did rise from the dead - how spectacular! How clear that He is the Messiah! S

Grant that I may be ever grateful for the gift of faith and for the many objective evidence You gave and give us for believing.

I ask this of You who lives and reigns with Jesus and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever. Amen.

Operatio: Reflect on “raise it up” - ascend; rising from the dead; Jesus’ resurrection; our ultimate destiny. In prayer routinely thank God for Jesus’ promise of life everlasting for believing in Him.
