 Lectio:::Lk 21.5-11

Meditatio: “When you hear of war and insurrection, do not be terrified; for such things must happen first, but it will not immediately be the end.”Lk 21.9

 Oratio: O God,  Jesus made it clear that the end of time will come and be preceded by great signs including war; but He also said no one knows when. Pray to be always in a state of readiness but not in a state of fear for the day of the Lord will also be a day of fulfillment.                                                                                                               
Contemplatio: Spend some time with today's text and see how the Lord is speaking to you.

Operatio: reflect: "war....terrified....happen first...end”; the end of time will come but it will be the best of times and not a time to fear. Seek the grace to live always in His love and that will be enough.
