Lectio: Lk 2.22-32                                                                     

 Meditatio: "a light for revelation to the Gentiles, and glory for your people Israel.” Lk 2.32                                      
 Oratio: O God, You sent Your Son for all.                                                
  
 I remember from the time of His infancy when Simeon recognized Him in the Temple at His presentation, Simeon declared that Jesus was for both the people of Israel and for the Gentiles. In prayer thank God for including us in the mission of His Son.                                               
    
 I ask this and all things in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with You
 and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever.

 Contemplatio: spend some time in silence and meditate on the selected passage and hear what
 God is saying to you.

 Operatio: reflect:"light....Gentiles....Israel”; Jesus came for all and Simeon was granted this revelation at the infancy of Jesus showing it was planned from the beginning. Seek the grace to live the Good News and be ever grateful that we were included in it.
