Lectio: Jn 14.1-6

Meditatio: “Jesus said, ‘I am the way and the truth and the life No one comes to the Father except through me’.” Jn 14.6 

Oratio: O God, how kind of you to reveal how we will be able to return to You!

I remember Jesus declared that He is the Way, the Truth, the Life and through Him we come to You, His Father. May I always have the grace to accept Jesus as my Lord for He is my Savior and my sole source of returning to You.

Grant that I may always recognize Jesus in the emissaries of the Church and receive them and listen to them.

I ask this and all things in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with You
and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever.

Contemplatio: spend some time in silence and meditate on the selected passage and hear what
God is saying to you.

Operatio: reflect: "I...way...truth...life"; Jesus in the Way without which there is no going, He is the truth without which there is no knowing; He is the life without which there is no living. May I always have the grace of a strong faith in Jesus and to live that faith so as to complete life’s goal - entering the kingdom of heaven.
