Lectio: Hos 6.1-6

Meditatio: "He [God] will revive us after two days, on the third day he will raise us up to live in his presence.” Hos 6.2
Oratio: "O God, You sent Your prophets in the days of old to prepare the way for the Good News brought by Your Son.

I remember Hosea referred to a personal resurrection after death for Your people.
Grant that I may be ever grateful that Your Son has triumphed over death so it no longer is the end but only a new beginning for us. .

Contemplatio: Keep silence and remain in recollection for a few minutes.

Operatio: Reflect: "raise up”; God alone can do for us; Jesus is the source. Hosea foretold it; in prayer thank God for His Son through whom we now have the gift of resurrected life if we believe in Him and may I always hold to that faith.
