Lectio ::Jn 8.31-42

Meditatio: ""and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free." Jn 8.32

Oratio: "O God, You are All-Truth and You gave us an intellect to discern the truth..

I remember Your Son, declared that we will know the truth and the truth will set us free - and so it does!

Grant that I may be ever grateful to Jesus for revealing the truth through which we are freed from the slavery of sin and freed for eternal life with You - a place of peace, joy and love.

I ask these and all things through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with the

Father and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever.

Contemplatio: Keep silence and remain in recollection for a few minutes.

Operatio: Reflect on "truth"; that which is; God, Jesus, its Revealer; in prayer thank God for the ability to know the truth, to live the truth, to love the truth and for the benefit of the truth - eternal life of happiness with God..

Tomorrow's reading: :Jn 8.51-59

P.S. Today is the f east of St. Joseph, pray to him for he is the patron of the universal church and of workers.
