Lectio - Mt 15.21-28

Meditatio: “The Jesus said in reply, ‘O woman, great is your faith! Let it be done for you as you ask.’ And her daughter was healed in that h our.” Mt 15.28

Oratio: "O God, You are open to the cries of all regardless of who they are or what they practice.

I remember Jesus responded to the Canannite woman’s plea and healed her daughter because of her great faith.

Grant that in my needs that I always turn to You in faith knowing that You will help me.

I ask this of You, who lives and reigns with Jesus and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever. Amen.”

Contemplatio: Keep silence and remain in recollection for a few minutes.

Operatio: Today, I will reflect on my belief in the power of intercessory prayer and realize that it is all about God and others when it has its greatest effects and resolve to constantly make use of this type of prayer for it is so powerful and the Heavenly Father so much wants us to seek His help.

Tomorrow’s reading - Mt 16.13-23
