 Lectio: Lk 1.67-79

 Meditatio: "He has raised up a horn for our  salvation within the house of David his servant." Lk 1.69

 Oratio: O God, You are most kind and merciful.

 I remember You did not leave us to the fate of our first parents but sent us a redeemer. And not just anyone bout Your Son with power for that us the meaning of 'horn. In prayer thank God for being so kind and merciful and for the power He gave tomHis Son to bring about our redemption.

 I ask this and all things in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with You
 and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever.

 Contemplatio: spend some time in silence and meditate on the selected passage and hear what
 God is saying to you.

 Operatio: reflect:"raised...horn...salvation"; God gave us His Son with power and majesty to save us out of love. Seek the grace to return that love by living in accord with the Gospel of Love.
